Description
Each piece of splash copper is a small, one-of-a-kind sculpture created when melted copper is dropped onto a flat surface and allowed to cool and harden. A patina is added (the turquoise green color) and the remaining copper is polished to a high shine. The pieces are lacquered to prevent tarnishing. No two pieces are exactly the same size and shape, but these earrings have been matched together as closely as possible for a symmetrical appearance. Each piece is about 1/2" tall and each earring has a drop length of about 1.8". The copper is thin, so the earrings are light weight. I include rubber ear backs. Your earrings are slipped into a decorative jewelry pouch, then into a gift box tied with a ribbon . . . all ready for gifting.
