Sleeping Beauty Turquoise from Globe, Arizona is highly prized for its robin's egg blue color. The mine has been closed for more than a decade, so supplies are diminishing and growing ever more valuable as time passes. These delicate turquoise beads (4mm) are accented with spiny oyster shell beads (6mm) — a beautiful and popular color combination. The beads are strung on 49-strand braided steel beading wire. We make this necklace design in six different lengths: 16", 18", 20", 24", 28" and 32". Each necklace has a sterling silver lobster clasp and a 2" sterling extender. In other words, you can adjust the 20" necklace all the way up to about 22" to suit your neckline. We also make a solid Sleeping Beauty necklace, same size options, at the same price. I haven't had time to photograph and list it yet, so if you want a solid one please message me and we'll hop right on it.
