Description
This boulder turquoise looks almost like an aerial photo, with vivid green rivers of turquoise splashing across a rocky desert background. The stone is from the famed Royston mines in southern Nevada. I set it in sterling silver. The 18" faux leather cord, which has a metal lobster clasp and 2" extender, is included with the pendant. The stone cutter backed the stone with a vinyl backing, which is common for expensive stones like turquoise. This adds thickness to the stone without the price. The turquoise is stabilized to protect the color and durability. I include a polishing cloth, but storing inside the thick plastic bag will prevent tarnishing. The pendant comes in a silver lame' pouch enclosed in a gift box, ready for gifting. The design looks great on both men and women.
