These luscious lapis hearts are a deep vibrant blue tone with a nice polish to reflect light. They are NATURAL stones (not color treated) from Afghanistan. I set them in sterling silver and include a free polishing cloth. To prevent tarnishing, store your pendant in the heavy duty plastic bag provided. Shine gently with the polishing cloth after wearing. You may purchase the pendant alone or with an optional sterling silver chain. I have 16", 18", 20" and 24" fixed chains, an adjustable 22" snake chain and an adjustable 24" box chain. I tuck your pendant into a decorative jewelry pouch, then into a gift box tied with a ribbon — all ready for gifting. This makes a nice Valentine's, Mother's Day, or birthday gift. (Lapis is a December birthstone.) I like to give heart pendants to friends who are ill or going through a rough patch to show them I care.
