Each earring sports a trio of extra large Herkimer "Diamond" quartz crystals set in sterling silver. Herkimer "Diamonds" are double-terminated quartz crystals from Herkimer, New York. They are known for their diamond shape as well as their clarity and sparkle. I sorted through hundreds of Herkimers to create this pair of earrings. To prevent tarnishing, store your earrings in the heavy duty plastic bag (included) and shine briefly with the enclosed polishing cloth after wearing. The earrings come in a decorative gift pouch encased in a gift box tied with a ribbon – all ready for gifting.
