Beautiful blue-green, high quality Kingman Arizona Turquoise set in sterling silver. The Kingman mines are depleted, so this turquoise is becoming more and more valuable. The stonecutter put a blackish backing on the stone to make it thicker and stand out more in the bezel setting. This is a common practice with valuable stones like turquoise to add volume without doubling the cost. In bezel settings with silver backings you never see the the back of the stone, but with wire wrap you do. I include a free polishing cloth. After wearing, use the cloth to remove tarnish and store in the heavy duty plastic bag to prevent tarnishing. You may purchase the pendant alone or with an optional thick sterling silver snake chain ADJUSTABLE up to 22". The pendant comes in a gift bag enclosed in a gift box tied with a ribbon so it's all ready for gift giving — even if this is a gift to yourself!
